Developed by Sailor’s Gourmet Foods (SGF), this dessert is the first of their kind in Malaysia, exclusively available at four premium supermarket brands, Ben’s Independent Grocer (B.I.G.), Village Grocer, BSC Fine Foods, and Leisure Grocer under The Food Purveyor (TFP).

Also present were Yang Mulia Raja Dato’ Azwane Raja Ariff, Chairman of UniMAP Board of Directors Universiti Malaysia Perlis, Tuan Hafizuddin Othman, Pengarah Pertanian Perlis, Jabatan Pertanian Perlis, as well as representatives from Koperasi Smart Agro Perlis Berhad and other esteemed guests.

The Harumanis Ice Confection uses real fruit bites with 60% fruit content and other natural ingredients, casting aside colouring and preservatives in favour of naturally creamy textures and fresh flavours with no added colouring and preservatives. This dessert is delicious and packed with nutrients, and better yet are produced locally.

Perlis Harumanis mangoes are one of Malaysia’s most priced produces; whilst other mangoes species are grown almost nationwide, Harumanis’s mangoes are best grown and produced in the most northern state of Malaysia, Perlis.
