We are going further on tackling plastic waste. Starting 15 February 2021, Village Grocer will no longer offer single-use plastic bags at our checkout counters and customers will need to bring their own reusable carriers. Watch the video. 

We also encourage our customers to bring their own reusable mesh/produce bag to carry their fresh produce and be rewarded with 50 BITES points.

These initiatives are part of our environmental sustainability goal “Plastic Free by 2023” that aims to eliminate all single-use plastic from our business operation before the end of 2023.
