We have made various eco-bags and other eco-friendly merchandise available at our stores in an inclusive effort to have our customers join us towards being single-use plastic free by 2023. These eco-bags come in various materials and sizes to accommodate to our customers different shopping needs. These eco-bags will be made available near check out counters where customers can pick them out with ease, should they want to purchase one to carry their groceries. 

To encourage the usage of these eco-bags, customers will be rewarded 20 cents through the BITES loyalty program as a gesture of “thank you” in joining us to reduce single-use plastic. 

Other eco-friendly items such as reusable straws, mesh bags and reusable coffee mugs will also be made available at our stores, to promote a sustainable lifestyle
